In December 1994, the Prova Group introduced its Corporate Identity (CI), which showed the groupʼs companies the way they must move forward. The most obvious term to express that direction is “CCES”. This stands for “Community”, “Customers”, and “Employees”, and how we must provide complete “Satisfaction” to each (Community Satisfaction, Customer Satisfaction, and Employee Satisfaction). Customer satisfaction is a word that is frequently used; however, in our case, we think the satisfaction of customers alone is not enough. We believe it is also important to include the viewpoints of the local community as well as our employees. This fundamental philosophy manifests itself in a variety of ways in the way the Prova Group develops its business.
